Who you're agreeing with
ClickPad is published by Innov8ive Labs, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company trading as Innov8iveLabs ("we", "us"), registered agent United States Corporation Agents, Inc., 1991 Crocker Road #600-755, Westlake, OH 44145, USA. By downloading or using ClickPad, you agree to these terms.
This page is the ClickPad schedule to the Innov8iveLabs Terms of Service, which cover accounts, billing, liability and governing law across everything we make. Where the two disagree, this page wins for ClickPad.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, these terms govern the parts specific to ClickPad.
What ClickPad does
ClickPad is a remote control app. It communicates directly with Apple TVs and compatible televisions on your own local network. It requires equipment you already own and a network you control.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Sony, or Samsung. Product names are used only to describe compatibility, and remain the trademarks of their respective owners.
Compatibility is not guaranteed
Televisions and streaming devices differ widely by model, firmware, and settings, and manufacturers change them without notice. We list the equipment we expect to work, and we test what we can, but we cannot promise ClickPad will work with any particular device.
If it does not work with yours, tell us from inside the app and we will consider adding support. If it does not work and you have paid, see Refunds below.
Payment
- ClickPad is a one-time purchase that unlocks the app permanently. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The current price is shown in the app before you buy.
- "Permanently" means the life of the product, not a guarantee of perpetual future development.
- All purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly. If ClickPad does not work with your equipment, contact us and we will help you get it working or point you at Apple's refund process.
Acceptable use
Use ClickPad only with equipment you own or are permitted to control. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and liability
ClickPad is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of ClickPad is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
ClickPad collects no personal data. See the ClickPad Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and the courts of Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
